About the event

$10 cancellation fee per registration. No refunds after April 30, 2025. This form & registration rate are void after March 16th, 2024. Registration Long Forms will be mailed March 2024 for selection of hotel & additional items.   Convention badges required for entrance to all convention activities; Dressy casual attire allowed until 

6:00pm. Proper dance attire is requested after 6:00pm for all dancers.
